Introducing the Greenfrog range of Phone Systems

But you do IT, not phones?

You may not be aware, but the current BT plan is to upgrade the country’s phone network to 21^st Century standards, which may cause your current office phone system to fail.

For this reason, Greenfrog have launched a new range of phone services including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) which will use both current and future technologies.

So why Greenfrog and not phone companies?

Modern phone systems are actually computers, and are programmed as such.  Traditional phone installers use arcane commands to program speed dials and incoming call routing, and charge accordingly!  Our phone system is configured through your own web browser, and there are no high charges from us!

But Voice over IP sounds complicated.  I want to use what I already have

That’s not a problem as our phone systems can use ISDN or VoIP.  You can have the system installed to use your existing ISDN BT lines and experiment with VoIP if you want, but you certainly do not have to use it!

What can it do?

Call Handling :-

• Call Hold (with music)
• Call redirect
• Call forwarding (on busy, no answer, or unconditional)
• IVR (“Welcome to x please press 1 for ... etc)
• Voicemail to email
• Call queues with voice prompts (you are number 2 in the queue)
• Call routing according to incoming number, time of day etc

Reporting :-

• Automatic call logging with the ability to query (e.g. to find out who called you at 3pm yesterday)
• Daily call graphing
• Export to Excel
