Regardless of our spend value all our customers get the same level of support from our help desk – which unlike most IT firms also doesn’t operate tiers, we do not use ‘Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3’ techs, all our technicians operate at the same technical level meaning whoever gets the call will answer it & deal with it all the way to completion. No passing around, no messing around, just fast efficient service to you.

Typically within 30 seconds you will be answered by a member of our team, with no limit to the number of support cases or calls. Furthermore we normally have an engineer within 90 minutes of you, so if we’re needed we can usually be there in under 2 hours.

It’s not just normal IT Support you’re getting though, we do proactive monitoring and prevention, meaning if you’re not having issues, it doesn’t mean they’re not happening, simply that we’ve identified and rectified them before you even noticed!

Our support covers your IT hardware and infrastructure, including but not limited to, Routers, Switches, Servers, Windows PCs & work access via mobile devices. If purchased from us, we also handle any hardware warranties.

What do you offer?

We offer on premise server management, on and off-site backup management, Cloud services management and can be influential in moving to a new system, for example leaving an existing on premise server setup and moving to an Azure environment & cloud working.

Our Complete IT Support bundle contains a number of included services as part of your contract, with some additional services available based on your requirements – these can be indentified as part of your audit before quotation.

Completely Scaleable Solution

The benefit of the bundle is to encompass all of the core required IT products for modern working in one easy to understand monthly bill, calculated simply as a flat fee times how many supported users.

When you’re ready to grow, simply add 1 more of the bundle per additional user to the billing. Simple & affordable.

Our core hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, which is fine for most businesses. However we understand that in some industries, more tailored hours are appropriate.
