Meet The Greenfrog Team

Marcus Rhodes

Managing Director

After leaving IBM Marcus was Business Manager at the family engineering firm Rhodes Group www.rhodesgroup.co.uk and spent much of his time supporting and growing the I.T. systems there. In 2003 the Rhodes Group I.T. department was rebranded as Greenfrog Computing and setup as a limited company with Marcus at the helm. At the same time as setting up this new venture, Marcus had twin girls and found dealing with a new company to be much the same as dealing with new children.

Ethan Burrell

Sales & Technical Director

With a background in IT and Sales positions at various levels across both the IT and Automotive sector Ethan is a great fit to lead the Sales, Marketing and front-line IT Support teams – with an emphasis on continuing our history of fantastic customer service as well as growing Greenfrog’s footprint & team. Customer care is simply putting the users best interests first, which is something shared by Ethan, Marcus and Peter. Outside of this you will normally find Ethan at car shows, or finding new parts to fit to them!

Nicola Mainiero

Accounts Manager

Having graduated from Liverpool University, Nicola worked in auditing for a number of years in Manchester and Chesterfield. She then became assistant accountant for a major car dealership, where she worked for over 10 years. After this, she took a break from accounts to spend some time looking after her two children, while helping with her husband’s Italian Food and Wine import business. With her children now grown up, she decided it was time to get back to accounts again and joined the Greenfrog team in early 2021.

Peter Rhodes

Company Secretary

Peter has spent a lifetime developing businesses and knows how essential customer satisfaction is to the future of Greenfrog. As Chairman of the family engineering business he saw it grow from an eight-men organisation through to one employing over one hundred men with a turnover exceeding £10 million per annum at its peak. Applying his experience in Sales & Marketing to help Greenfrog grow its customer base and expand its services is therefore something he very much enjoys.

Hal Fryer

IT Support Technician

Two years working at a hardware store proved to be a bit hard on the back, so Hal decided it was time for a change and made the jump to IT. Upon completing his Comptia A+ certification, as well as courses focused around the CISO networking, cyber security, and managing Windows machines, Hal joined the team at Greenfrog. The office chair has proven much more comfortable. Outside of work Hal can be found at the cinema, at his local gaming cafe, or behind the screen of his own PC playing games.

Luther Dalton

IT Support Technician

Luther has a keen interest in motorcycles and can be found riding around the Peak District on his 1100cc, studying or camping in the great outdoors. Alongside of his job, he is studying Computing with Cyber Security and Cloud at university. His main background was primarily within engineering and HGVs before moving over to IT.

Henry Pope

IT Support Technician (South)

Henry joins Greenfrog with a strong IT background, and now acts as our southern representative to assist with in person visits for clients based further away from our head office, as well as working remotely. Apart from loving the London city lifestyle (excluding the traffic), Henry is also a keen car enthusiast. Outside of this, Henry enjoys the cinema and socialising with his friends at the many London watering holes available to him.
