Typically within 30 seconds you will be answered by a member of our team, with no limit to the number of support cases or calls and with no tiers of support : once you join you’re in. Furthermore you will receive a minimum of 2 site visits per year and we normally have an engineer within 90 minutes of you, so if we’re needed we can usually be there in under 2 hours.
It’s not just normal IT Support you’re getting though, we do proactive monitoring and prevention, meaning if you’re not having issues, it doesn’t mean they’re not happening, simply that we’ve identified and rectified them before you even noticed! Our support covers your IT hardware and infrastructure, including but not limited to, Routers, Switches, Servers, Windows PCs & work access via mobile devices. If purchased from us, we also handle any hardware warranties.
