We take security very seriously here at Greenfrog, and we’ve made a number of the elements below mandatory as part of our IT Support bundles. It’s not just normal IT Support you’re getting though, we do proactive monitoring and prevention, meaning if you’re not having issues, it doesn’t mean they’re not happening, simply that we’ve identified and rectified them before you even noticed!

Our support covers your IT hardware and infrastructure, including but not limited to, Routers, Switches, Servers, Windows PCs & work access via mobile devices. If purchased from us, we also handle any hardware warranties.

Email Spam Filtering

As part of our IT Support bundle Greenfrog Computing will implement the Barracuda Email Security Gateway, we feel this is something no business should be without. This is an email security gateway that manages and filters all inbound and outbound email traffic to protect organizations from email-borne threats and data leaks. As a complete email management solution, the Barracuda Email Security Gateway lets organisations encrypt messages and leverage the cloud to spool email if mail servers become unavailable. 7 Layer Cyber Security Package

Being able to rapidy spot, alert and respond to Microsoft 365 security holes has gone from being a nice to have to being a mandatory element of a businesses IT Security, and as such is something we include as part of our IT Support bundles. Greenfrog Computing role this out as part of our onboarding, and allows us to monitor your externally facing Microsoft cloud environemnts for External access, unapproved Admins, email forwarding to external addresses, unwanted Azure Applications, licensing changes, content sharing outside of the environment, mass deletion and much more.
