Unlike most IT companies, we don’t operate tiers of support, both internally and as part of our IT Support bundles. Regardless of our spend value all our customers get the same level of support from our help desk – which unlike most IT firms also doesn’t operate tiers, we do not use ‘Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3’ techs, all our technicians operate at the same technical level meaning whoever gets the call will answer it & deal with it all the way to completion. No passing around, no messing around, just fast efficient service to you.
Typically within 30 seconds you will be answered by a member of our team, with no limit to the number of support cases or calls. Furthermore we normally have an engineer within 90 minutes of you, so if we’re needed we can usually be there in under 2 hours.
It’s not just normal IT Support you’re getting though, we do proactive monitoring and prevention, meaning if you’re not having issues, it doesn’t mean they’re not happening, simply that we’ve identified and rectified them before you even noticed!
Our support covers your IT hardware and infrastructure, including but not limited to, Routers, Switches, Servers, Windows PCs & work access via mobile devices. If purchased from us, we also handle any hardware warranties.
