We don’t normally expose ourselves but if you were to look “under the skin” you’ll find we live and breathe computers.

One of our latest clients has been amazed that our response time is measured in minutes not days.

They tell us their previous IT support firm would answer the phone within 3 rings but could then take 3 days to fix the issue. On average our break / fix time is less than 30 minutes from receipt of a call.

So you can see, we don’t just offer “skin deep” support!
