This is something quite unique in the hashtag#MSP space. Unlike most IT companies, we don’t operate tiers of support, both internally and as part of our IT Support bundles. Regardless of value all our customers get the same level of support from our help desk – which unlike most IT firms also doesn’t operate tiers, we do not use ‘Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3’ techs, all our technicians operate at the same technical level meaning whoever gets the call will answer it & deal with it all the way to completion.
